Roof
→ solar installation.
Turn a home energy upgrade into an interactive reveal.
A roof that installs itself
The same roof photographed twice: bare tile, and a finished panel array on it. Run the installation driver across the roof and the array appears along the line, panel by panel, wherever the visitor works. Stopping halfway leaves half a roof fitted, which is a more useful picture than either end state — it is what a quote actually looks like on a house.
A finger does the same on a phone, and a visitor who has asked for reduced motion gets the two states as a comparison they drag themselves.
Who it is for
Solar installers, roofing companies, home energy retrofitters, battery and heat pump specialists, and energy brands running a campaign on a domestic rooftop. Anything fitted to a building that the owner has to picture before they will pay for it.
What it replaces
The stock photograph of somebody else’s roof, and the savings calculator that asks for an address before it will show anything. One asks the visitor to imagine their own house; the other asks for data before giving anything back. A reveal puts the fitted roof on screen first and earns the form further down the page.
It is built as a single section and drops into the site that already exists, ahead of whatever the quote flow is.
