An architectural blueprint elevation of a modern villa.

Real estateBlueprint → Built

From blueprint
to built.

Turn architectural plans into an interactive property reveal.

The drawing becomes the building

Two states of the same plot: an architect’s blueprint, and the finished house standing on it. Drag the drafting pencil across the drawing and the built property appears along the line — walls, glazing, planting, the light on the façade — exactly where the hand has been. Stop halfway and half of it is still a drawing, which is the part that makes the point.

The same gesture works with a finger on a phone, and a visitor who would rather not play with it gets the two states as a comparison they can drag instead.

Who it is for

Developers and property launches, architecture practices, construction firms, and agents selling off-plan — anyone asking someone to believe in a building that is not finished, or to understand how far a finished one has come.

What it replaces

The render sitting next to the photograph, or a carousel that shows one and then the other. Both ask the visitor to hold two images in mind and do the comparing themselves. Putting the two states in one frame, under the visitor’s hand, makes the relationship obvious without a caption explaining it.

It is built as a single section and drops into the site that already exists, above or below whatever the listings are.
