AutomotiveDirty → Clean
The detail, uncovered.
Turn before-and-after into an interaction people can feel.
A wash the visitor does themselves
The scene holds two photographs of the same car: one under a week of road dirt, one with the paint clean enough to hold a reflection. Drag the wash mitt across it and the clean car comes back in the shape of the stroke, wherever the hand goes. Nothing is on a timer and nothing plays by itself — the visitor decides how much of the car to uncover, and in what order.
It works the same way with a finger on a phone as with a mouse on a desktop, and a visitor who would rather not play with it gets the two photographs as a comparison they can drag instead.
Who it is for
Detailing shops, ceramic coating and paint correction specialists, mobile washing, and car care brands building a campaign around a visible result. Anyone whose work is judged on a surface, and who currently has to argue for it in writing.
What it replaces
The before-and-after gallery. A grid of paired thumbnails asks a visitor to compare two small pictures and take the difference on trust. A reveal makes the same case on one photograph, with the visitor’s own hand doing the work — and it holds attention long enough for the rest of the page to be read.
It is built as a single section and drops into the site that already exists. Nothing else has to be rebuilt around it.
